Priorities
Nice to know our leaders set aside enough time to debate important issues. In June they debated for nearly 4 hours about something they didn't have the power to change - regulation banning the use of all wild animals in circuses. But courtesy of John Redwood's blog we learn that the Commons will only allow 90 minutes to debate our £9.5 billion IMF contribution.
